• Customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the package.
• The video must show the sealed package before opening and the condition of the product after opening.
• Claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be supported by a valid unboxing video.

  1. SHIPPING DELAYS

Smart Peedika shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

• Public holidays
• Government restrictions
• Transportation issues
• Events beyond our reasonable control

  1. LOST SHIPMENTS

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, Smart Peedika will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
