SMART PEEDIKA – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Smart Peedika, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is missing parts or accessories.

UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To qualify for a return, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video.

The video must show:

• The sealed package before opening.
• The complete unboxing process.
• The condition of the product upon opening.
• Any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect product.

Return, refund, or replacement requests without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

REFUNDS

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

REPLACEMENTS

• Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
• Replacement requests must meet all return eligibility requirements.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
• The product has been used, damaged, modified, or mishandled by the customer.
• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, or included items are missing.
• No valid unboxing video is provided.

RETURN SHIPPING

• If the return is approved due to our error, damaged item, defective product, or incorrect shipment, Smart Peedika will bear the return shipping cost.
• In other cases, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
